"Pizza delivered burnt and cold. Worst service we've received from Pizza hut after a decade of loyalty in other locations we've lived. Won't be returning to Pizza Hut again."

"On 10/8/2023 I placed an order online at the Pizza Hut website. I was given an estimate of 34-45 minutes for delivery. Over an hour later (I waited thinking oh they’re just busy tonight), I called because my tracker on the site and the text message I got still listed my order as being “prepared”. The Order Hotline could not locate my order with my name, the order number I was given in my confirmation email (apparently they can’t search by order number at all), or my phone number. I was transferred directly to the store where they had a hard time finding the order, only to be told it was canceled because a “Dasher” refused to pick it up. I then found out this Pizza Hut outsources all delivery orders to Door Dash exclusively. No where on the website does it state this, and I was never informed my order had been canceled. I waited over an hour and had to call to learn this. My only saving grace is that my card was not charged. Never ordering Pizza Hut again."

"This is by FAR the worst operation that I have ever had to deal with. FIRST they outsource their slaves in taking orders that you can barely understand what they are reading back to you after you have to repete your order again and again. SECOND, My card was charged for my order that I placed only to get an AUTOMATED call back from an OUTSOURCED message saying my order was declined. I called Discover and they assured me that the charge had gone through. I called not only this pizza hut 6 TIMES ( WHERE NOBODY ANSWERED ) Then got transferred to some managers name by the name of SCOTT. I really don't know what the pizza huts franchise is doing on a weekend night but it's obvious that "Scott's" employees, not the outsourced people that they have answering the phones, have not a clue on what's going on in that store. What do you make Scott? 100,000 a year to have your store run by probably a half dozen kids that hate you and the fact that they have no control over the calls that come into your "bread and butter" place of employment? Enjoy life and the fact that you are OWNED by a corporate company that has you by the balls until you say to yourself, "Man... That dude was RIGHT""

"08/08/2023 approx 3:15 pm placed a order online for roughly 60 dollars worth of dinner. I called into the store to ask if they could add some condiments to my order approx 15 mins after I ordered only to be told by a so called manager they were closed. I paid online with my debit card which means money was already taken from my available balance and he tells me you will have to wait for refund to be processed in 24/48 hours showed not a lick of empathy and pretty much didn’t offer any typo of resolution saying online should have been shut down. Totally unprofessional and absolutely terrible customer service. That store should be shut down in Chandler on Gilbert Rd. Pizza Hut is one of my favorites but this store is terrible!!! On top of that had I not called there would have no communication that my order was cancelled. I didn’t receive any type of communication from the store. I won’t ever order from here again"

"On Sunday, March 19, 2023, at approximately 6:00 p.m., a New York Style Pizza and Wings combo was delivered to my home... When we sat down to eat, the pizza looked like an old cold innertube. The wings were rock-hard and also cold.... Although we didn't feel like leaving the house, we were still hungry and the food delivered was not edible, so we called the restaurant, and they stated that a replacement order would be ready in "10-15 minutes." When we got to the restaurant, the replacements looked just as bad as the original order!!!! The "manager" was a backwards-hat wearing kid who walked away from me in mid-sentence and pawned me off on his doppelganger, who pretty much said, "What do you want me to do, I remade your pizza?" When I asked them for their names, I realized that they had taken their name tags off and started covering for each other. When I asked for the number to corporate, they asked me to "Google it." While all this was transpiring, a customer who was waiting to order said,'I'm leaving' the backward hat wearing 'managers' responded with a 'bye' ... and there was a family returning an order that also appeared to have also been made incorrectly... Again, this took place at this location 4970 S Gilbert Rd, Chandler, AZ 85249 on Sunday, March 19th, at or around 7:00 pm. I am looking forward to speaking with the franchiser and/or management about this experience ."
