"I had a package delivered here (Walgreens at the corner of Alma School and Germann in Chandler AZ) as an alternate location since I was not going to be home when the package was scheduled to be delivered. That was the suggestion of the store that I purchased the product from since it was identified as a alternate location for drop-off. When I went to pick up the package, the employee would not give me the package since it was addressed to the store and not to my home location. He said that they will only give packages to people who have identification showing the address. They are identified as an alternate drop-off so the store employees do not understand what that means. He was rude and it took a lot of discussion before he would give me the package."
