"I dropped off a Mother's Day gift with a pre-printed label. it was a gift with a value of $130. They were busy and Deb told me to put the package on the counter. It was a UPS prepaid label. The package never arrived to my mother. I called and spoke to Deb and Rod. The package never got scanned in. Deb told me at the time that they were having computer difficulty with their UPS system. They couldn't produce any records of packages taken in that day. One of their employees said that they would reimburse me but Deb said that she wouldn't and she didn't know what happened to my package. She directed me to UPS in which UPS said that there was no record of the package being dropped off and that I needed to take it up with the PostNet that I dropped it off at. I would not trust this PostNet with any packages. They do not take any responsibility. Sad when a company doesn't take any responsibility and doesn't take care of their customers."
