"I was hoping to set an appointment but was told wouldnt be able to be seen probably For a couple of weeks than where i said i need somewhere when my daughter can be seen as needed. Than the rep replied we have three providers but requested north country health office .when my daughter is a patient at there facility. Receptionist is hopless at setting appointments sucks becauae i was excited to change to this provider but the rep killed it."

"Can't get in touch with them and they don't call back when you leave a message. Also, they don't always seem like they know what their talking about. I am fed up with this place. I had an appointment I needed to cancel and am unable to reach anyone to do so. Do I really need to go in to be able to get anything handled? Guess so. I like Dr. LaFredo but I am done with her office staff!!"
