"I don't remember ever meeting Tim. But his office staff has saved my butt on a couple of occasions! Once, after buying a van and beginning a cross-country trip, I suddenly realized I had forgotten to insure the vehicle! I was over a thousand miles from home but one phone call and I was set! Sweet! Another time I got pulled over — totally unjustified, in can assure you! — and could not locate the PDF of my Proof of Insurance on my phone. While the officer waited, I called Tim's office and they emailed the PoI to me but also spoke to the officer and confirmed I was insured. They are always available. Even after hours! I know because I've spoken with State Farm After-hours Customer Service. I think it involved a breakdown."

"Extremely poor service. We have been with State Farm for over 20 years. Been with this agent for 3 years. This agent can not get anything right. It is a constant battle trying to get our insurance right. They keep messing up everything. We even look on our account on their app and it shows our insurance is lapsed. We are on auto pay and have been for several years. They can’t even get our vehicles correct. They even told us they do not insure motor homes. So we went with a different company for our rv and our motorcycles. I am done with this company because of this agency. This is the worst service you could ever possibly get. The lady that is supposed to take care of us needs to be fired. She is rude and expects you to do her job for her. We have to call main corporate office every time we need something done. And the bill is NEVER the same. It is constantly changing. The only reason we chose this agent is because they had the highest reviews. Just trust your first impressions when you walk in the door at this place. Then RUN out the door and NEVER return."
