"I brought my 2004 Merc ML 350 in for an oil change, and to get the starter checked, as well as a headlight that was shorting out. Despite having made an appointment, somehow it was never put into their system. Scott got me right in - and had me out in just under an hour. Oil changed successfully…. He advised me they would only charge $40 to install the little light part (the wiring has deteriorated) that the bulb clips into. And he advised me to take my car back to another mechanic who had replaced the fuel pump and did work on the fuel system a few months. He could’ve just advised me X, Y or Z was wrong and lured me into getting work done by Holden’s, but he didn’t do that. I’m so grateful we found a good, honest place to get our car maintained and repaired when needed. Scott and Herman were so polite, and down to earth. Refreshing these days, frankly. But most importantly, they were honest and did a good job without taking advantage of me (my husband can no longer take care of the “guy” things)."

They got my truck in the day I called to have it looked at and had the repairs done the next, all without overcharging for the work! The staff was friendly and helpful, and my truck drives excellent! "I had a tire starting to come apart driving home to SE Arizona. They didn't have the exact tire in stock (oddball brand/type). I picked up some tires from somewhere else and brought them there. They knew I was just passing through, so they mounted them and did the alignment in an efficient amount of time. Holden's didn't balk at me about bringing tires in from somewhere else, and they were most helpful. They have a small but very clean sitting area if you have to wait."
