"Doctor Matos is HORRIBLE! Stay clear of this place they just want your money. This was my child's first doctor and we were treated like trash, as if we were just another number. All they wanted was our insurances money. Sent me bills for appointments that were for another patient and tried to claim they were for my child. Also as a first time mom, I had a lot of questions and she never took my concerns seriously nor did she ever take the time to stay more than 45 seconds in the room with me to discuss anything, let alone the health of my child. Wait time is outrageos, MOST (not all) staff are rude and obnoxious. I would never step foot back in this place even if my child were dying...YES it's that bad. I switched to YUMA PEDIATRICS', Dr. Crawford and I have never looked back."
"The front staff was exceptionally rude. My son had an appointment to get shots today. We sat for 3 hours. I sat patiently waiting and watched as people who went in after me got called back. Then when I brought it to their attention they said that they had to ask Dr. Mato if she would even see my son because I went outside and smoked a cigarette they told me he wouldn't be seen after sitting there three hours. I asked for the corporate phone number and they refused to give it to me. My son has had 6 ear infections and they kept giving him the same antibiotics the entire time and they weren't working for him and never referred him to see an E.N.T (ear nose threat specialist) also he should have had lab work done at 6months and at 1 years old, he just turned two yesterday and they never sent us for those either. This is my first an only child so I'm still pretty new at this mommy thing and I need a pediatrician I can fully trust and depend on. Please don't put your children through the nightmares or the hands of this pediatric associates bull. It's a joke! I will be changing pediatricians ASAP!"
