"My daughter had an "emergency" visit today because she broke one of her molars and the Dr there said she was not going to do anything to her till like mid April because they were understaffed. Like, lady you guys knew what she was coming in for, why not mention that through the phone?! Not to mention she was very rude about the whole situation. Honestly I'm very upset my daughter missed school for nothing, what a waste of time!"

"My two children love their dental office! Thanks to them not only are my children not afraid to go to the dentist, but they look forward to it. Rarely do you have to wait long (very rare) for your appointment, they make sure the children/family are comfortable and make sure we understand what all is going on. Very friendly yet very professional. I plan on my children staying with this dentist office as long as possible. Highly recommend."

"Don’t get me wrong when it comes to simple cleanings the service is fine but I’ve had 2 incidents with this place first one is when I was getting cavities removed, they are so rough and careless it was a horrible experience felt like I was getting work done by students not by professionals with degrees. Second time they told me they were going to reapply the sealant on my cavity that they are currently working on and the sealant I had before was put on by a specialist a root canal specialist and I had over a year with that sealant and never game me issues and they decide to reapply and scrap off the old one and within a week it’s constant pain and only being able to chew on one side of my mouth . I honestly recommend any other dentistry yall can find don’t waste ur time."

"The overall service is horrible. Felt like being in an assembly line of a factory. Doctors dont explain the situation at all. You can tell they dont care about their patients they are just in a hurry to get to the next one. Took my child to a private dentist and what a difference! They actually bond with the child and offer less invasive treatment options. Definetely never coming back here."

"Great experience at office on 24th St! Every aspect was great! No wait time, friendly staff as soon as you walk in. Sophia did my sons cleaning and was exceptional! She made him so comfortable and included him in the entire process (he is 3). The dentist was top notch and explained to me what treatment was needed and it was taken care of during the visit! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!"
