"I have had some very negative experiences at this post office. I ship on Ebay and need to make sure I ship the appropriate rate to avoid a bad rating. I had sold a Homeschooling Binder full of loose-leaf educational materials. Online, it says that loose-leaf pages in binders can ship Media Mail only if the pages are full of medical material (which mine weren't). I needed to verify this because Media Mail saves me money. When I asked the lady behind the counter, she said ANYTHING educational can ship Media Mail. When I brought up what I had read online, she responded with "Since you are such an expert, why do you need my help?" I thought that was really rude. The next time I went back, I had a package that weighed 15.92oz and was already pre-labeled by me at home. According to Ebay policy, anything 0 to 15.99oz can ship First Class. The guy behind the desk told me that he rounds up, so my 15.92 package would ship at the 16oz rate, no longer making it the cheaper First Class Rate. I asked why he rounds up and he didn't have a very good answer. I just don't understand. They can't make up shipping rate rules. I left and took my package to the Sierra Vista Post Office, where they shipped it without any issues. I now have to drive all the way out to Sierra Vista Post Office to drop off all my packages."

"It is unfortunate that the default for students here is this post office as my mail mysteriously got lost once it got here when I was in AIT. Now 4 years later in ALC, the package's contents seem to have been "lost" yet again. Color me surprised but I really needed the package so I foolishy tried again. If you need something shipped just tell friends/family to hold onto it till you get home or send it to the UPS. I like USPS but this one is borderline criminally ineffective."

"I do not because post office workers are Fed employees so they do not even care about customer service or just this post office show their attitude to their clients! I went there to mail some stuff and the worker’s attitude really bad. He yelled me ! I’m very understanding person, if people not sooo over I never getting mad. But this one is awful !!! I recommend you go to an other post office if you donot want get yelled or get mad from some strangers ！"

"The worst post office I have ever been to, withtl the rudest individuals staffing it. Not to mention all the supplies are locked up with a sign insinuating theft. In addition only one person is allowed inside at a time, a self imposed covid mitigation measure that is not in line with post policy."

"Didn't have my PO box for a month and had to cancel - long story but it was a complete nightmare! They returned packages randomly (addressed to my home on base) claiming the reason was the address was vacant - I've been in my home for 2-3 months now. The staff (except 1, although I dont remember her name) is unhelpful when it comes to these issues. I've come to believe they find enjoyment wasting your time, I had forwarding issues with a package and the lady was completely unhelpful and rude. If you can I highly recommend avoiding this post office."
