About the Business
The Arizona Jewish Historical Society, located at 122 East Culver Street in Phoenix, Arizona, is a museum and tourist attraction dedicated to preserving and celebrating the rich heritage of Arizona's Jewish communities. The institution educates the public about the Jewish historical experience, including the Holocaust, and promotes awareness of the state's diverse history through arts, culture, and educational programming. Visitors are inspired to learn from history, become upstanders, and work towards a world without hatred and bigotry. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family of Nancy Siefer, whose memory we honor as a blessing.

"Very good visit. Friendly staff and good presentation. Would recommend to anyone who would like to learn the history of that particular time."
"This is a well presented museum that shouldn't be missed! While it has displays and history's to view the real highlights are the interactive hologram featuring Holocaust survivor Oskar Knoblauch and a virtual reality experience featuring Pinchas Gutter including a a concentration camp tour. If I remember correctly there are currently only 18 interactive hologram interviews worldwide and Phoenix is fortunate enough to have one. Our docent was Mary Ellen and we were so fortunate to have her. We appreciated her knowledge and willingness to answer our many questions. I highly recommend this museum and it is a place I will visit again. I do recommend verifying their hours before planning your visit as the hours do change a bit depending on the time of year."
"Great interactive exhibits including one survivor account that uses an Occulus. Our dosent was very nice and is on hip lady!"
"I didn't even realize this little treasure of a museum was in Phoenix until my daughter had a recital here. I was very impressed."
"We are immensely grateful to have had Stacy Faherty help us throughout our wedding! We were lucky to find this gem for our wedding and Stacy went above and beyond to make sure our big day went smooth! The venue has so much character and we loved using the indoor area for our wedding ceremony and the beautiful patio area for the reception. Originally we were supposed to have around 50 guests and that turned into 160. Stacy was quick to respond and let us know that these accommodations could be made with no hassle whatsoever. She worked late nights past her regular hours to make sure we had all of our questions answered, went into detail for other items we might need that we forgot to consider, gave us a list of vendors, and even helped with the wedding planning portion of the ceremony and the reception even though that is not in her job description at all. Stacy was a blessing to have in such a stressful time during the planning, she made sure we were going to be okay and we definitely had a marvelous day thanks to all of her hard work! The venue itself is gorgeous. We were able to use the art gallery as our cocktail lounge area, take great photos in front of the venue, took advantage of the bridal bungalow in the back to get ready, and the reception was perfect outside. They used their string lights to create beautiful ambiance lighting and Stacy did her magic to arrange the layout for the tables/food/dj/bar to make sure it flowed well. Overall it was a wonderful day, beautiful venue, and the staff was professional and incredibly kind!"
