"Our flight was fast and we arrived early into phoenix Airport. Our coach seats did not have an area to plug in our phones or tablets, so carry an extra battery with you."

"Flight was changed twice and the gates were changed 5 seperate times all in a time frame of 20 minutes. The email updates were late and some never shown up. Dont fly with United Airlines unless you want to show up 4 hours late?"

"Awful awful airline. Multiple delays, then ended up cancelling the flight all together. They wanted to delay my entire trip by two days because they couldn’t find any other alternate flight… it’s ridiculous they don’t offer more connections with major cities, have awful customer service with over an hour long wait in line, sat on the telephone for over 3 hours today trying to get flights changed and finally just cancelled the entire itinerary because they wouldn’t offer a flight voucher, hotel voucher and they lost my luggage!!! What a damn nightmare. Never again."

"Took a red eye for holiday flight back east. Then nickel and dime, you over carry on. So I had to pay an extra $35. The plane was clean, a staff was pleasant.... I survived ...so I guess it was a successful flight."

"United is our standard airline. The Phoenix United club is very nice. Brand new. Flight was easy with no complications. I just wish they wouldn’t let people have carry-on luggage. United should go back to the policy of one free bag checked. It would speed things up and make flying a lot more pleasant"
