"If you go shopping, everything is fine, but after they sell you your chemicals and tell you that the test is free, when you go to have it done, they ignore you, they keep you waiting and give priority to people who are going to buy something, it doesn't matter if you you get there first this is frustrating i don't know why they offer free test"
"My pool needed a new filter. A Leslie tech went out and told me what kind of filter to replace it with. I was told to call the store and order one. When the filter arrived I was told I could not pay for it over the phone and I would need to order it online. So a little frustrated I did that anyway so I could get this resolved. After that I received an email with a bunch of really weird questions about any alternate email addresses I might have an alternate phone numbers. WTH?!? They had all that information when I place the order online! Again frustrating but I replied to the email with answers to those strange questions. Which honestly almost felt like a phishing email to me. After that I received a phone call saying that my order was on hold until I answered those questions. I told him I did answer those questions. They said they cannot find my email response. So super frustrated at this point. They called back and said that I had to call the corporate office customer service now to get it resolved. Beyond frustrated I called because I still need to get this filter replaced. After some back-and-forth they figure it out they had the answers they needed and my order would now be placed and it would take 7 to 10 business days to get the filter. They already have the filter that I needed at the store because I had called them originally and had them order it on the phone when the tech told me to do that in the first place. I told the person in the customer service team that the filter was already there but they said that they could not use that filter because the payment only applied to the filter that they would ship. Each individual team member that I talk to was actually friendly but this is the most messed up operational system that I have ever encountered. It is beyond broken. I am literally trying to spend almost $2000 to get a new filter and cannot. The Leslie’s corporate team needs to figure out how to fix their operations. Even though I had previously purchased a pump and like the individual team members I can’t possibly see myself buying anything else from Leslie’s after this insanely frustrating experience. I really hope somebody from the Leslie’s corporate team sees this comment and does something to fix the operational aspects of the company. I assume somebody in the company cares about the impact to their revenue and their customers and will address this."
"Look no further. The knowledgeable staff is there to help you. They provided clear simple steps to bring my spa back to a fresh, sparkly, inviting, perfectly balanced oasis. Thank you John and your excellent staff for your patience and guidance. I highly recommend Leslie's Pro Store on Boulder highway!"
"Very convenient for old Henderson residents. In the Walmart shopping center on the corner of Boulder Highway and lake Mead parkway. It's a smaller store compared to some of their others. Associates are very friendly and helpful, and are experience digging a rock, or palm hair out of your pool vac that's jammed it up, or fixing, replacing its little feet. It's good to know you can rely on them."
"Janet does a great job of helping customers. She is always pleasant, listens, explains and will ensure you get the right answer. She has no control over the pricing, but for getting the info you need and making the right decisions regarding your pool, she is an excellent resource."
