"My experience was awful I thought I was gonna get tackled by security and maybe put in a choke hold by a sales associate how unnerving just for shopping I felt so uncomfortable , but I understand they're doing there job, but I felt like I was being stalked up until I paid for my items!! Until I get home and realize they didn't even give me all my purchased items she forgot to give me my last bag witch she held tightly behind the counter until I paid and that's OK but just as u stalked and followed me up and down the store and made me feel so uncomfortable and even intimidated and not to forget stereotyping all I wanted to do is shop in a store I liked and not have such a nasty experience"
"The store I went on January 22nd they were a promotion clothes department is 49 send I didn't see anything I talked to the supervisor she's mean and she's not helpful and they never mark anything I went not 7:00 a.m. and they told me they probably Market after 4:00 p.m. please need to be clean employees are supposed to be respectful for customers I would never go back to this place"

"I usually love Ross. HOWEVER, the selection was only so so. I purchased very little (which was unusual for me) and left disappointed. Hopefully just a fluke. Better shopping next time. ATTENTION: Ross buyers. Please select inventory made out of breathable cottons etc which are much more suitable for the HOT summers here. We can't breathe in the cute dresses you were offering.
