"DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. They are connected to GlobalTranz and refuse to pay carriers who haul for them. Claim the load number changed and couldn't locate the paper work. Finally agreed to pay. Big surprise, no payment sent."
"My company has worked with their billing dept for several years and I can testify that their billing department is a mass. Over the years, we often received past due notices with strong languages demanding payment for bills that had already been paid. In our last shipment, the trucker their agent hired damaged our customer's shipment, even called them to demand payment when Global Tranz failed to response to their calls. My company's first hand experience can now put the pictures together and explains the reason of the numerous negative reviews that point back to the poor management in the company. For example, we have a claim that has been pending for close to 90 days. So far, we have not received a single response from Global Tranz regarding the status. Their agent Freight Nation contacted on our behalf. Again, 90 days have gone by, and there has been no response. Their claim submission website is also outdated. We spent hours to complete the form that was necessary to process our claim but only received an error message at the end. We tried it a few times, and all received the same results--ERRORS with no explanation where the error was!!! We were not sure if our claim even went through. Again, we reached out to GLOBAL TRANZ multiple times to follow-up with the claims, but got no response."
"Hi, I'm a carrier and we had a really bad luck when we picked up this company's load, it was horrible specially the Arizona office. I don't know how their employees work. We are stuck with Truck load almost A week no one helps, no one answers our calls, or our email we are sending bunch of emails daily and calling everyday, but no one replies or calls or emails. I did book a load with Broker named Mark Peterson and after I picked it he stopped answering emails or phone call he never answered any email or call, my request to all carrier please be aware to pickup any load from their Arizona office. I wish I had this companies owner's phone number or email at least I could tell him to how his employees are working."
"GlobalTranz has caused significant hardships to my business because they allow poor service to run rampant. Dealing with 2 issues. One is they have a freight broker George Gomez who will lie to save face so he doesn't have to lose customers. This man is awful, not only did he book my company on a load where the receiver wasn't there then blamed me for being late after he refused to answer phone calls. They penalized me $400 because of him. Second issue is the fact that I completed a load back in June and they are not paying until 0ct 14th. Do yourself a favor and check the broker because they will make life a nightmare. Will never do business with them again."
"We are a carrier and booked a load with a Adam Norbut at a reasonable rate considering the market..the load fell through due to the shipper canceling. Adam responded in a timely manner and obtained our Truck Ordered Not Used payment. Would use them again for sure."
