Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

"Soup & Salad last night. Easy on the red onions; and more broth than fixings in the Minestrone. This is what I got. So disappointing. I miss Marina and a few of the other servers behind the bar. Update: 2/6/24 - I appreciate your CS reaching out to me, and issuing a gift card. I called before my arriving tonight to let them know. What are the odds finding the same server; only on a slower night. I ordered the same as before. The soup did not come as requested; and the salad, while having less onions, came with two large pieces that just aren’t appealing at all. They ruin the palate as their taste is very strong. I had plenty of breadsticks. Five in all. I had one; yet two is sufficient. I was able to order dessert this time. Before I end, I will note that refills of soup were made accordingly after I brought it to my server’s attention. I don’t know if he understands that; nor why he didn’t get it correct the first time. The check came. No mints. What’s become of that signature ‘Thank You for Dining With Us’ mints? Sadly disappointing. There’s a lot I would love to share on improving customer service, and the quality of food. No one cared to listen at this restaurant. Good luck making changes, or properly training staff."

"Had an amazing time at this restaurant. kudos to the cook. The food was on point the employees who assisted us was Mya and Daniel. very tentative to us very friendly greeted us with a smile. I was very knowledgeable of the menu most definitely will return."

"Pretty good food, but a little too pricey. The service is okay but definitely not the most attentive. Atmosphere is good. Get there early because the line can be pretty long. *Swap out pasta for broccoli to make the entrees low-carb and gluten free."

"I haven't been to Olive garden in about 5 years because I had such a terrible experience back then. I had a gift card so I stopped in for lunch with my son. The food was good and we had a good time. Our server (Elijah?), he kind of seemed like he hated his life but I gave him a tip and wished him well."

"Came with my friend almost an hour before closing, waited a few minutes to be seated. Our server, Kobe, introduced himself very brightly and was outstanding during our entire visit. By far the best Olive Garden experience and service! If I ever do come back to this location I’ll definitely be requesting his service again.
