"You online pricing is highway robbery. Wish I could leave a bad review for the entire company. Almost $11 for a half sandwich and $15 for a whole sandwich - not including the taxes and fees that are tacked on by the delivery services. Just awful. Corporate greed at its finest."

"Food is still good as always but they have taken away all the convenience! Must walk up front and show receipt to get your drink cup like you’re a thief or something and also no longer have the food delivered to table… basically becoming a self checkout like every other place. Over pay and do all the work yourself. Dont forget to tip!! Ha"

"The food we ordered came out to $77 and was not worth it all. The flat bread pizza I ordered for my kids was mad weak. The sauce was the kinda sauce from Chef Bayordi. The Mac and Cheese was watery and I ordered it with bacon, but came with hair. The Spicy Chicken my wife had was just shredded chicken. My kids usually, like any kind of pizza but I think Red Barron is better that what Paners has. Overall, the food was nasty and gross. NOT COOL. Oh, and the smoothies we ordered were supposed to be Mango but got something else entirely. Idk but whom ever likes, eating at Panera does not not what good food is."

"Have been going to this location for about 3 years and never had too many issues.. recently it’s been too much. I often get the roasted Turkey sandwich, it had about a quarter of the Turkey on it today. Ordered chicken noodle soup, took about 4 bites and the rest was broth. The grilled cheese we ordered must have been MICROWAVED because the cheese was melted and the bread was raw lol. They have forgotten to put stuff into our bags on multiple occasions now as well. Pretty bummed, used to love stopping by this place quickly, probably won’t be giving it another shot anytime soon."

"The, I believe manager, was a younger girl and it was the best customer service I've come across in a while. I ordered some soups in bread bowls and a person ahead of me cleared them out (it happens) but she was so nice and went above and beyond to make it right. I also noticed she was doing things like making sure the spill over was wiped off the soups being poured (little things like that make a difference). She was attentive, kind, and paying attention to details...it seems so rare to go to places and see someone taking pride in their work. It really made an impression."
