"I strongly advise against using this moving agency under any circumstances. My experience with them was extremely negative from start to finish. Firstly, their sales representative provided me with a misleading quote the day before my move. This was just the beginning of a series of problems. To make matters worse, despite explicitly informing them not to charge a specific card due to potential overdraft after the move, they went ahead and charged it without my consent. This resulted in unauthorized charges and an overdraft with my bank. The deception didn't end there. Despite my clear instructions to use a different card for payment, their office staff disregarded my request and proceeded with the unauthorized charge. This level of disregard for customer preferences and financial well-being is unacceptable. Even when I raised these issues with a manager, they displayed a shocking lack of professionalism by refusing to issue an immediate refund to prevent further financial strain (even when I offered to use another payment method once the overdraft fees were returned). Overall, my experience with this moving agency was marred by deceptive sales tactics and fraudulent practices. I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of this untrustworthy and unprofessional company. I will be disputing with my bank and filing a BBB complaint, as well as with the FMCSA until this has been rectified."

"I have now used this franchise for 3 moves and each time the service has been exceptional. Up-front the costs and the move are well coordinated, the movers show up on time and have vast experience in optimizing the space available in the moving truck. They also care about what goes into the truck and make sure everything is protected and secure. If you want your move to go off perfectly you need to work with this franchise."

"The team was super friendly and timely but they ended up pulling my mattress without watching carefully and ripped a small tear in the mattress. I was standing there watching, just as I yelled, "hold on, your gonna tear it". It tore and the guy apologized, so I explained to him that when a customer says, hold on, they should just pause immediately and find out why, so property is not damaged. Other than that, the guys were great."

"I hired them after having worked with them on prior moves, including a long-distance move from Arizona to Washington and another from Washington back to Arizona, that went smoothly with great service and no issues. This move was different. We've moved several times, including long distance moves, and I've always packed the kitchen, with no breakage. This move was only a 10-minute drive from one house to the other and there were two boxes of kitchen items in which things were broken - not just cracked but completely shattered. Not sure how that could have happened unless the boxes were dropped/thrown to the ground from on high. When the crew arrived at the new house, we did a walk-through and discussed where items would go. Despite that, quite a few pieces of furniture were left in random places throughout the house (e.g., the piano was put in its assigned place on one side of the house but the piano bench was left by itself at the opposite end of the house). The plastic wrap was not removed from several pieces of furniture. Some pieces of furniture and rugs that should have been brought into the house were left in the garage. Some items (beds) were reassembled appropriately but at least one table was so wobbly after the crew reassembled it that my husband had to fix it. Once the crew had left, I went outside and picked up the pieces of plastic wrap they left in the yard and on the street. All in all, not what I expected from Two Men and a Truck. Certainly won't be using them again."
