"Warning, double brokerage I took a load with this company, 250 miles to the pick-up, pick-up at 3 PM. I arrived at the shipper, and they said that this load is for another carrier. When I called the broker to ask what was happening and why someone else took our load, they said that someone from our company called and canceled, which is not true. They sold this load cheaper and didn't even pay the TONU. They are scammers trying to destroy this business. This is not the first time it has happened. Be careful and don't take loads with them."

The person below posted a very negative review on Robert, and Sally, I can tell you, on a bad day for Robert, he doesn't curse you out, he can definitely debate you, if you choose to have a debate, but he is never un professional, and Sally is as kind and respectful as they come, I'm sure if you're rude to her, she will hangup on you. Fresh Freight in all is a great broker, we as owners would like to see better rates though."
