"UPDATE: Went to the UPS store for the first time since my last review since I needed a notary. I was there at 9am and they don't have a notary there until 10am. I left and came back at 12pm and then they tell me the notary is on an hour and a half break. Make sure you call before going there for the notary. It makes no sense that they would have that long of a break after only working two hours. If it was a situation where they had been there earlier then why would they not have notary services until 10am..? Original: Staff are rude and have "forgotten to send out" very important overnight packages twice now. Then they get mad at me for requesting a refund for the difference between the two day and one day. Overnight shipping is NOT cheap I felt like just issuing me the price difference wasn't much to ask. - I no longer go through UPS due to multiple shipping issues out side of this store."
