Cooley Middle School + Preschool

"It's well. I felt welcomed and more settle than chandler prep. The charter school didn't like me or my brother. They treated us like trash and yet they are just about the money. I love cooley but it really needs to change the front office staff."

"The front office staff are very rude. My kid was new to this school and he was not aware of where everything was and the procedure he was supposed to do. He called his mom for me to pick him up and when I went to the front office, this lady started to tell us the procedures. They said it would not be an excused absence since he did not go to the nurse station directly? Really? My son is having the chills and Im taking him straight to the doctor. Right before I left, I overheard them talking about us with that disgusted look. I just wished the Higley School District would do something about the front office staff here at this school. They are just plain rude and arrogant."

"I had balloons delivered to my daughter, but the front office never gave them to her. The front desk said it would be too distracting. They said she would receive them at the end of the day. She never got them. Not organized, would expect better planning from a school. Other than that, My kids like the school. Update: another 1 star for organization issues. We signed up our daughter for a sport, and the web site said the forms were complete. Then, when our daughter went to the front desk to get the pass for the sport she was told that the forms were not complete and would not be able to participate in the sport that day. We had to go into the school the next day and it turns out that everything was complete they just couldn't get their stuff together."

"I am a student at Cooley Middle School but I have a few issues. When I was my birthday and my mom dropped off my lunch I was crying the whole lunch period because I never got it. But guess what, it was in the front office the whole time. I asked my mom is she told the lady my name and what class I was in and she said she did exactly that. I ended up eating in fourth period. On my birthday. I find this extremely stupid and rude. When ever I went to the front office once I could see stuff students needed for projects and they weren't ever given. I find the front office workers ignorant and kinda mean. They couldn't even go out of their way to get students their materials. I do expect change in this."
