"Making the choice to attend Providence Training Institute was one of the best decisions Iam grateful for myself, my sister Cynthia and my friend Caro. I had the best experience with the Administrator Kay, Cathy the receptionist and instructor Susan, they are all wonderful and informative staff! Great attitude and professionalism from all, not forgetting my fellow students Carton, Leigh, kizzy, and Damonte they were all amazing.... I strongly recommend Providence Training Institute to anyone who is planning to start CNA programs. Thank you."
"My instructor for my CNA class was Susan Barnard and I had an amazing experience with both the learning and my classmates! A very thorough and concise instructor, Susan will hold you to reasonable standards so you don’t go out into the field unprepared. Her advice and insight on the differences between CNA classes and advice on different careers was valuable as well, especially coming from a person who has good experience in the medical field. After completing the 5 week course, I felt I left clinicals with a concrete grasp on the skills and information needed to take the state exam and I fully recommend this class to anyone trying to get their CNA certification. I’d also like to give a shout-out to the staff at PTI as well who made the experience easier and so much more fun: Ms. Hendricks, Cathy and Kay! Between help with paperwork/program requirement and advice about the field, I better understood my options as someone training to be a CNA. I got my CPR certification done through PTI by Ms. Hendricks and I had such amazing time, especially considering it was my first CPR class ever. 10/10 fully recommend this program :)"
"Awesome staff I totally feel ready for the state test me and a friend got lucky and are going this weekend our instructor Susan Barnard was awesome at her job totally professional and was willing to help as well as answer any questions we had for her. Ms. Hendricks was our CPR instructor and did an amazing job as well, Cathy who works the front office is awesome too and if you need something answered about the financial aspects or helping setting you up to go to school here she’s always there with a smile and an answer. I would totally recommend the CNA program we took to anyone who is looking to become a CNA."
"This school has great instructors as well as materials that help you when learning. Mrs. Hedrick the MA / phlebotomy instructor is really good at her job. She prepares you with all the knowledge needed in order for you to succeed. You leave with your certificate and a job! She makes sure of that! I would highly recommend getting your certificate with Mrs. Hedrick! One thing is the website is not up to date with the current prices. So make sure you clarify any concerns with Kay."
"I finished the MA/Phleb combo course, with my NHA. It was a wonderful experience! Hedrick is amazing, she is there every step of the way. Not only is she a great instructor but she cares about each & every one of her students. Along with teaching real life scenarios, she makes sure you have a externship site once you’re done & supports you with whatever specialty you choose. Besides that the only thing I could say is the website does need some updating. I would definitely ask about prices first if you’re interested in taking a class here."
