"I wish I can rate this place 0/5. Not a single hello from any employee after entering this place. I asked for some sizes to try and waited for 10mins and no one ever came back to me. I asked another employee and the same thing happened. I asked for a second time if anyone is looking for the sizes I asked and the guy asked me “what shoe was it”. I told him about the shoes again. After about 20-30 mins of waiting, the guy came out looking annoyed and checked the shoes on display for the size I was searching for. He tossed me the sneakers and told me “here, here’s your size” … the shoes wasn’t even the same size because I was looking for women’s size not men’s!! The kids in here need to be taught proper customer service. They’re too busy chatting and flirting with each other than selling and working. I took my $200 some place else! Maybe learn a lesson or two from famous footwear."

"Visited this store on Sun 3/10/2024 at 10:00am and I wasn't greeted by a single employee. There were 4 employee working and they just stood there talked amongst each other. They ignored every single customer in there. Ridiculous! 0 stars"

"Staff could have cared less that there were customers in there. Not welcoming, zero customer service and cussing like they don’t have a filter. Really makes me not want to return. The ONLY positive thing is the store was organized and clean."

"Arrived at 8:42pm & about three employees where standing/blocking the door, one of them with glasses a heavier one stated they are closed due to short staff??? Yet like three employees were standing at the door & you can clearly see more staff in the background walking around. I simply wanted a shoe cleaner that’s it, which I stated and still was not allowed. While customers are clearly inside trying on shoes and walking around. Not only was I not allowed in another two customers weren’t allowed in due to “short staff” yet it being the end of the day already ?? If they simply wanted to go home early that’s all they had to say instead of lying smh . One less customer at this location"

"Walked in, not a single person welcomed me. Had hoped to try on a few pairs of shoes and all the employees just stood there and looked at me, didn’t say a word. Multiple works standing in the workers only doorway just chatting it up. Customer service at this location is a joke. Take your business elsewhere. Going off of previous reviews of this is a common occurrence and has yet to be fixed. Clearly they care about their customers…."
