"I like to void my previous post that i made on the post today, im going to explain what happen today but it is not my attention to prevent people from coming to the flight school but i say here because i want to let people kno what they are getting themsleves into and to prepare if you fly here. Please not i will not mention names for privacy. First, i will talk about how i was ask to leave the school while curse words was being hurled at me some time when talking with owner. Their are time when i am late to flight for reason that are sometimes insire and outside my control, but last week , i had concern that my flight instructor that exhbiited 2 of the hazarsds "IMSAFE" checklist which cause me to cancel the flight. stress and emotion , i do say me being late was proberly of the factors but there was more to that probaley has nothing to do with me. I have been told by the owner when that i do not matter or i am not important to him because hes got bigger things to do. This was twice i was told this, and just when i told we had fix those correction of action aparently i was wrong, its still there. To me, if i was the owner, i belive each student is important when talking with them and flying with them because it give the time and lession that if either an instuctor has some conerns with a student or a student has some concers with an instructor, it is to be brought to owner so he can be like a dad a break the attention betwwn 2 children( Hypotechically speaking) . But i felt today that i wasnt treated fairly, um and literally while the instructor was explaining his side by throwing 1-2 lies, the owner believe my instructor. wether if he told a lie or the truth, the owner believe the instrutor. The owner didnt want to hear my side of the story and that alone made me upset. I was embarrased by the owner before when he told me i didnt matter/ i was nothing that even the assist chief heard it, and it was done to me again today . So out of frustation , i said a comment not towards the owner , however it was how i felt and i didnt think it, and i said that " apparently im a brown person who comment doesnt matter ". when the owner heard that, he kick me out from his school. he told me that was disrespecfull to him and he added curse word to that while saying this. so there you have it everyone of what happen today 03-19-2024. i do admit that the owner has given me lea way in helping me pay for my flight training, but the way this was handled, i do not approved and even though it is not my conmpany, i think everyone shoudl be heard equally and treated fairly. Possibly in a couple of months i will contact the owner to apologies for that last comment i made and i guess he felt some type of way in what i said and see if he will allow back in the school as long as i fix myslef in not being late and being prepare with a weight and balance and weather check, but think it everyone should hear this of what i have experiance today.Maybedown the line in a couple of months if me and the owner have a conversation and heals the wonds of anger and mend our differences , he might let me back to do instrument or finish up private. But we will see then. AGAIN, it not my intention to prevent anyone to fly here, i am just giving my experiance here. To add on, today of the airline who had a bank which is American air just approved my loan application of $10,000 for my flight loan just as soon as i got kick out. Isnt this some mess up stuff. I didnt even look at my email until i went in my car and saw this. DAM! Ok , thanks for hearing me out yall, safe flight in the skies everyone."
"Met Rick a couple of times, and he was always friendly. His staff are just as nice! -- Chris with Globe Life"
"Salvador was great! He was very professional and went into detail about each part of the plane we flew. We will definitely be back so fly with him again."
"I have attended several different flight schools and Arizona Flight Training Center has been the best. I am rather busy with work and thankfully AFTC has an accommodating scheduling process that is a great balance. Working full time and I am still able to come in and train at least 6 days a week. Instructors have been very friendly and great to work with. Extremely knowledgeable and most importantly treat me like a customer, rather than just a student. They are also VA approved 141 and Rick has been excellent help taking care of me. I am currently working on my CPL and my only regret is that I did not start training here sooner. If you are looking for somewhere to go, you could simply save a lot of time by just starting here."
"I have 30 hours on my log from Jamestown NY, because i decide to come to Arizona for my graduate school, i had to change my flight school as well. Before coming to this school, I was on cross county progress, and Instructor Patrick wants to do evaluation on my flight before going any further, which is fine. Instructor Patrick think what i learned from other school was totally wrong, while i only have a few things to improve to finish up my cross country and do solo practice to prepare for the check ride. I am not sure about other instructors, but Mr.Patrick was not patient about teaching, he interrupt me a few times when i was still doing a pre flight check. Sure I was taking longer than 15 mins and made some mistakes. But Mr.Patrick did not try to understand student and bias over my mistakes, he told me my time is up because i spent too much time doing pre flight check on the ground, and only let me finish my first landing on my second lesson. The price of lessons are overly expensive, 390 on the first lesson and 262 on the second lesson. while my flight experience only had 2 landings and a few maneuvers in total. below are evidence proven to support my negative comments, will sure update comments over my experience."
