"Front desk staff is very rude. As soon as the phone was picked up, the woman answered with a condescending “...Can I help you?” The woman proceded to use an annoyed tone throughout the rest of the call. She seemed very inconvenienced by my call so I decided to end it early and to try again when someone else was working. To whomever this woman was, (didn’t catch her name) please work on your tone, I work in customer service myself and if I spoke like that to a client I’d be fired. Talk with more respect. Be kind."
