This is a classic example of a business that is knowledgeable in their trade and passionate about their community. They recognize their customers when they walk in the door they remember their names. They know what the customer likes and how to care for their bikes. The shop is clean and well stocked with parts and accessories, and they offer a nice selection of bikes that are appropriate for the local riding environment. I took my gravel bike in for a brake bleed, and they took the time to make sure everything was done exactly right. You’ll be in good hands."

"What an amazing group of folks!!! I was attending a work event in town and called ahead about rented one of their Specialized Stumpjumpers. I wasn't going to make it to the shop before they closed for the evening given the arrival time of my flight and the travel time from PHX to the shop. They were very accommodating waiting there an extra half hour after closing so that I could get the bike fitted that evening and join them for their Tuesday Night Ride. The 24 hour rental period also allowed me the opportunity to get a dawn patrol ride in the next morning before returning the rental. Talk about some amazing views!!! Having such a great experience with them for that rental, there wasn't a second guess in my mind about renting from them again. And I did 2 days later before heading home."
