"Bought my Range Rover from them. Best car ever! If you are looking for well maintained used cars, they are certainly the best place to buy one from!"
"Arizona Sunsport’s Auto was amazing, When I began my journey of finding the new automobile I was referred by a good friend who was from Sun City. She had an excellent experience with Chris and his staff. My good friend stated that she does not like pushy or demanding sales people-it’s one of the reasons I chose Arizona Sunsports they are genuine listeners and help you with your purchase, in a professional manner to suit your needs. The process/administration went very smoothly. I am very happy with my new transportation. I will pass on the referral. This is a trustworthy company that I highly recommend nowadays you don’t know what you get until you do your due diligence. Which is why I was successful with my purchase at Arizona Sunsports Auto Group. Thanks again, Trust in my world has to been earned with action!!!"
"Edit/reply to owner: we brought this car in 3 weeks after we purchased it to get an oil change because we didn't know when it last had one. During that visit we were told that all fluids were low/gone, the power steering had a leak and it needed two hoses fixed. The mechanic said it was clear that the car hadn't had regular maintenance on it. This was unfortunate but pretty minor/upkeep stuff so it is what it is. Your comment about warranty companies having set time frames and mileage limits for a reason is irrelevant. We are within our warranty time frame which was 4 months or 4000 miles. We bought the car 3 months and 3 weeks ago and have driven the car 1000 miles. In regards to you never speaking with me, I spoke to someone at your company (who represents you) multiple times about this issue and also purchased a car from someone representing you and your company who lied to our faces about the type of warranty we were getting and he also said it would cover 100% of the repairs should it have problems, if it was something that was covered. This policy has a payout limit on certain items which it shows in the contract that we never received from you. The warranty place read it to me over the phone. At the time of purchase the guy kept telling me he was having printer issues and he couldn't print it and would send us a full copy of that we never got. Awesome to know your low standards of putting a vehicle for sale. It gets looked over and if it passes emissions it gets put up for sale?! Have you seen some of the vehicles on the road that have passed emissions?! I'm sorry you're not happy that I posted a review but I tried rectifying the issue directly with your company. (Multiple times) I didn't say anything untrue in this review. Simply stating our experience with your company. So much more I could add. This was just a quick rundown of our experience. Run far away from this place. Bought a Corvette from this place a few months ago. Got the impression they were the typical sleezeball type car salesman but we liked the car so went forward with the purchase. We asked if they could throw a warranty in and they threw in a 4 month, 4000 mile warranty. The guy said it was supposed to be a power train warranty but what we really got was a drive train warranty. Since buying this vehicle we have had problem after problem with it. The car is currently in the shop with a bill of $3000 but the warranty place is only covering $600. Apparently there is a spot in the contract that has maximum payouts for certain jobs. Unfortunately the guy at the dealership lied to us about the terms of our warranty. He claimed as long as the part was covered (he said anything that makes your car move forward or backward) is is fully covered. I called to tell them the issues we are having with the warranty company and they are zero help at all and aren't taking responsibility for what they told us and what we actually got. He then went on to say they have never had an issue with the warranty place and that one of their recent clients used it and got a whole bunch of things fully paid for. I guess they just sell cars that have problems but pass them off as being in good condition. Basically they just tell you what you want to hear to get a sale but aren't very honest. It's just bad business and horrible customer service. Don't waste your time or money at this place."
"I had a problem with the car but after talking and meeting Chris and Bill the owners we resolved the the problem. They were very nice in how they handle the issue and I can’t thank them enough..great guys to buy a car from..thxs again for your help on this.."
"Chris over at AZ SunSports, as well as all the guys, we’re great help in getting me a new car. Chris was very supportive in my decisions and was never pushy on selling a car, even if the one we came to look at wasn’t it. We were able to make a good deal with them on a separate car and i greatly appreciate the SunSports team for helping me out. Would 100% recommend this dealer to anyone looking to find a new car!"
