"It is nice to have employees come across knowledgeable when you are visiting the store, however whatever you do, do NOT call for a quote or possibly service. I called the Pro shop and asked if they had service personnel to provide a quote to replace my pool filter. Sure, we can set that up, it was done fairly quickly. When I received the email verification, I was shocked. I was going to be charged $55 for the estimate, plus a service trip fee of $45. Are you kidding me? Estimates/quotes by anyone else is FREE! AVOID using them."

"Fast service and a very helpful guidance for beginners. My pool was terrible, decided to give it a shot myself. People complaining about prices, smh it's a retail store. There's a chlorine shortage, big deal you can't buy the 55lb box, 35lb is plenty until they get another shipment."

"Very helpful service and they had what I needed. Regular Leslie's stores did not have it. Go to a Leslies "Pro store" if you need something special, parts for older or less common equipment, or have detailed questions. The regular Leslies stores are fine for common items but often lack parts inventory and during the busy season you get a lot of summer hires, not as experienced."
