"I would not recommend this lady if it was for therapy for my dead dog. Right from the start she was very rude very unprofessional. She was late to the first appointment by 10 minutes and then came out and wanted me to start filling out paperwork making us even later. She was not prepared to receive me she had obviously done no research or had any idea who I was or where I was from. Other than all the problems that were created in the first 10 minutes all she could do was ask me if I had insurance which if she had done her homework she would know who my insurance was etc she should have done some research and being prepared for me. Overall all she did say to me was I suppose if you don't like it you can leave. I chose to go to a therapy for help and guidance not to be late not to be more concerned with paperwork and insurance than they were with the client and not to have a very unprofessional attitude. I will make sure that the VA knows of my very unpleasant unprofessional experience as they are the one who would be paying the bill. There's plenty of counseling in the valley go see someone else except for this lady"
