"I have gone to Sanjay K for the past year and he has been amazingly helpful with helping me address some issues that have been difficult for me most of my adult life. He was compassionate and a good listener. "I had an in-depth and lengthy intake assessment with Sanjay Kestner. During which I advised him that I didn’t want to go into too much detail about my history because it was only the assessment. He insisted that I share as much as possible and give him details. So, I did even though I wasn’t ready or comfortable because we hadn’t built a rapport yet. We planned to meet for an official session and I scheduled an appointment with him. When it came time for my appointment, I never heard back from him. It has taken me years to reach out for help to process my past. Then to get ghosted by a therapist was very disappointing and discouraging. I continued my search and I found a great psychologist that helped me. We also processed the experience of being ghost by therapist.
