"Gail is a Licensed Practical Counselor with an Eclectic style of Therapy. I have been seeing her for over 3 years. She is ethical, empathetic, sympathetic, and flexible. Her office is aesthetically pleasing: with calming art, a flameless candle and comfortable chairs. She has used Talk Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, EMDR (PTSD) Therapy and more with me. I will tell you that if you expect therapy to be successful with her, you must be fully committed to the process. This is very difficult at times, yet absolutely necessary. If you go to her and expect her to "fix" your issues, this won't happen. It is a partnership. She teaches wonderful grounding/breathing techniques and these must be practiced between sessions. I would highly recommend Gail to anyone looking for an experienced, superb therapist!"
