"I’d stay as far away from this place as you can. I paid an extra $50 to have a rush job done in three days, here it’s almost a week and a half later and I just picked up my plaque. They insisted that it was done on time, but believe me, it was not. I called every single day. They decided to keep the $50 for the “rush” job, I’m pissed, is an understatement. Does look good, I’ll say that for him. As you can see they charge me $68.39 for this little little plaque that should’ve been 13.99. They offered to rush for $35, I offered $50 to get it done in two days. They promised they would do it, they did not deliver."
"Called last June and told the woman that answered the phone that I had an urn that I wanted to be engraved and was told that they would be closed for a couple of months, so I waited and called back in September. Left my name and phone number on voice mail with message that I had called earlier and would appreciate a call back. NOTHING!!!! No call back, no nothing!!! I guess they don't need the business. I will call another company that wants the business."
