"This was my first time going to this Ace Hardware. In 43 years I have never had rude & aggressive customer service like I experienced at this location. The employee would not leave me alone and kept bothering me although I told him multiple times that I was fine and did not need help. He got so annoying to the point that I just put everything down and said have a good day and left."

"Stopped in for a bottle of liquid plumber so I was looking for it when I noticed a employee watching me . His detective skills were not great. I seen him out of the corner of my eye. I sure wouldn't be stealing anything from anywhere and didn't hinkle I look suspicious. He made me uncomfortable and won't return to this location. Never had a problem at the usual Ace I frequent."

"Please do not waste your time with this ACE Hardware store. Every time I come in for something, I have an associate following me through the store asking if I need assistance with finding something. Literally following me. When I am looking at irrigation fittings, the hall monitor of an associate is standing 3 FEET AWAY from me watching me and follows me out of the aisle. Treating all guests with suspicion does not create an environment conducive to commerce. Helpful, hardly. Suspicious, absolutely. "Customer Service" aside, the store has some good products. I would recommend shopping at another hardware store. Do better, ACE."
