"This little Walgreens is a God send to the neighborhood. The pharmacy does an amazing job keeping up with the high demand daily. This is a much smaller Walgreens than most I have shopped in. I wish they had a larger food section and more OTC meds . Anyway the checkout is good and very friendly staff Thru out the store."
"Reasonably well-run store. Normally clean & tidy. Usually understaffed, never anyone tending the photo department. Pharmacy is also well-run and attentive although typically long-lines during snow bird season."
"This is my local Walgreens, and I have been there several times. It's a very nice store with friendly employees. They have a huge variety of merchandise too, and lots of good sales. Yesterday, my daughter and I brought my infant grandson to get his passport photo done, which was a fun experience . We weren't sure how baby passport photos are taken, and employee Greg was extremely helpful. He took a photo with my daughter holding him and then he removed her image (very interesting process- see photos) I really appreciated Greg's patience and kindness through the photo process."
"I purchased knee support sleeves at this Walgreens, but found that they were not snug enough to give the support I needed. There was a buy one get, one half off, sale so the total price was $38.94. Six days later, I went back to return them to get a refund. I was told that in order to get a refund I had to present my driver’s license for them to scan into their system. I couldn’t believe it. If I was returning some expensive durable medical equipment, I might not have been so unpleasantly surprised; but could not understand why they needed to scan my personal information into their system for a refund of less than $40. Since I am on a fixed income, I could not afford to let them keep my money so I had to give them my driver’s license. I could see that my name, address and date of birth was retained in their system. I felt that my privacy had been violated. In addition, I felt that I was being set up for possible identity theft since so many companies have had their computer systems hacked; allowing hackers to gain access to customers personal information. In theory, a hacker could use the personal information that I was forced to allow them to scan in and go on the dark web and use it to find my social security number, too. Walgreens is creating another avenue for hackers to steal customers identity. I will never shop, nor fill any prescriptions, at any Walgreens again. After what occurred both of my sisters will stop filling their rather expensive prescriptions there. I have never, in over 60 years, been asked to present my driver’s license to get a refund! It made me feel like I was being treated like a criminal. What an insult, especially for such a small amount."
"This Walgreens location, like many in the area, is in a shopping center where the owners do not clean. There is frequently spills and trash at the entrance and the parking lot as well. I can't fault them for the numerous homeless that camp out and sometimes aggressively ask for money. That is a political issue. No matter how empty the store and pharmacy are, you will have a substantial wait. I feel that The pharmacists don't make a concerted effort to get in touch with doctors when a new prescription is needed. Items in the store are priced a bit high but usually you get store coupons to help with that. Basically, that is what keeps me coming back. Usually the employees are really nice."
