"Angelina was a GREAT help. She found what I was looking for AND saved me money with her recommendations. BIG shout out to her."
"This is the absolute WORST pharmacy I've ever dealt with. I ONLY come here to pick up my wife’s RX because mine are dispensed by Safeway. Every time I come here I have to sit on hold at the drive through because it seems they don’t like attending customers there. They (all) have no communication skills or customer service skills. It seems to me they don’t even want to be there. I can’t even imagine what kind of work they do in preparing the medications for customers. If I could I wouldn’t even give them a star."
"The pharmacist and manager at the CVS on 107th and Olive down in Peoria made me feel completely worthless and incompetent. They were completely rude and snobby, and when I told them a past pharmacist had helped me apply my ExtraCare pass to my medication. The manager was so rude. I felt like crying. I will be taking my business to Costco for my medication from now on. The whole pharmacy staff is completely awful And just completely mean. Every single one of these employees in their don’t know what they’re doing and act like they’re better than everyone else If I have to go to a CVS, I will be going to the one on Cotton Lane and Greenway 15 minutes away from me where they actually know what they’re doing I do not recommend the CVS on 107th and Olive AT ALL. I feel completely worthless after this, how they treated me and incompetent, and I will not be returning to CVS for a long time you’ve lost a loyal customer that have been coming here since they were a child because of these employees And the cashier couldn’t figure out my coupon and completely took it away and didn’t let me use it and that severely upset me also"
"The manager Jashley at this location needs training.. she completely disrespected me and her cashier. I went to deposit money. The cashier made a mistake. Cashier needed a supervisor to override the transaction and cancel it. No big deal. The manager walks up and I say sorry. Threw attitude like I interrupted her phone time. What made that worse is she disrespected both me and her coworker. She basically called me stupid and her coworker stupid in front of other customers.. if it was my company I would have fired her right there.. I hope you can resolve this.. I go here every month several times a month but if this individual will be there I will just go to another store. I'm spending money here and I respect everyone. Poeple like this should know how to provide better service. The cashier that she disrespected was awesome.. train Jashley, she needs it.."
"I went to this CVS two days ago because my coupons were about to expire. They were faded so they would not scan so after a minute or two the cashier said they don't scan and just looked at me. I asked, "can you try punching in the number" so she asked the manager how to do that. Then told me that these coupons were not connected to my account. I said yes they are. I asked, "did you double check the number here's my number and then they said, oh it is connected. As the line is growing, they asked, "does anyone else know your phone number because it seems someone already used the coupons." Being accused of trying to scam them was insulting. I did not want to make anyone else wait so I told them I will just use them the next day at another CVS. Two days later I went to the CVS on 107th Ave. and Camelback and Aaron had no problem punching in the numbers for my coupons. And yes they worked. They need more training at the Olive CVS and better customer service."
