"I was in a motorcycle accident and had many injuries that needed physical therapy for. I was recommended to desert hand. Everyone from the front desk Nidia and Alejandra are extremely friendly and courteous. Always meets you with a smile and warming environment. Since I had multiple fractures hands and legs I was blessed with meeting Donna for my hands with the help of Garrett and Kelsey. Then for my legs it was Sarah with a big smile an a great attitude. She is alway positive and motivating. But she has great coworkers around her to help out like Jess. She is always on both sides with a big smile helping where ever she can. I can never say I Dnt see her stop doing something or helping someone. Just an all around great bunch of people to be around for therapy and positive environment to get better."
"I suffered a distal tendon biceps rupture this summer and subsequently had surgery.Donna was my therapist. Her encyclopedic knowledge and commitment to excellence was no doubt instrumental in my quick recovery. Smart people are refreshing. Thank you, highly recommend."
"My name is (Bob Johnson) I'm helping Amanda Herman (age 75) to write her review because her first visit to Desert Hand and Physical Therapy was because Amanda fell and fractured her wrist in Aug. of 2023. The next part of this review are Amanda's words. My Dr. had referred me to Desert Hand and Physical Therapy the Avondale office. The staff here are truly helpful in speeding up my recovery as well as providing beneficial information to help with my recovery at home. I would highly recommend this location1860 N 95th Dr Phoenix, AZ as well as the staff at this location to anyone in the future looking for services, as they are truly experts at their profession, from the initial point of contact to the actual therapists everything was and has been amazing, I want to Thank also my therapists Joy and Sarah any others that my memory has let me forget for their Superb, Professionalism, Compassion, Kindness and the quality care they provide. THANK YOU Amanda Herman"
"Everyone I worked with here was amazing, kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and friendly. They took real interest not only in my physical recovery, but also in me as a person. When it comes to physical recovery, they did an amazing job at walking the line between listening to your pain and pushing your limits. I was here for recovery after surgery for a moderately complicated hand tendon issue, and there was always someone there that understood the mechanical details of what was going on in my hand and the experience to know what to do with it."
"My therapist, Donna , is very good. When I first came in , 3 months ago, my hand was very stiff and not much range of motion . Now, my hand movement has come a long way . She puts in the time to really work with you . The girls at the front desk are very welcoming and friendly."
