"UPDATE: Ash, Mark and Gabe were all three awesome to work with! They made the sales process super easy, even with us being out of state. However on my second ride (only 120 miles) with the bike it left me stranded, they have said they would fit it. (Unknown issue at the moment) However buying from a dealer I wouldn't have expected any problems with the bike for at least until the first oil change. Understandably thing do happen, I just hope things can get resolved quickly as the bike run I purchased the bike for is right around the corner. They were able to repair the bike in a fast manner and had the parts in stock in able to make it a one day repair for me coming from our of state. Although it's been hard to feel satisfied and comfortable with my purchase after this issue, they do have a great people working here. And did what they said they would do."

"Ash was great to work with. Not a pushy salesman just trying to move units. He listened to what we were looking for and helped get me back on 2 wheels after over 16 years. Will definitely be working with him and CSA again when it's time to upgrade."

I dropped off 2 tires and very expensive Harley wheels to have tires done on 2 separate days.2 tires were mounted perfectly and on the wheels remained in perfect condition. Each occasion they were very helpful and quick with the service. Great price, quality work. I am a new customer and will be back. Thank you cycle,ski and ATV."

"Dropped an atv off needing a cutch reassembled. Approved one hour diagnostic time at $135 a hour. Got quoted $650 for a clutch. Clutch given to them was new. After declining the work my one hour diagnostic time got bumped to two. Called on Monday to ask about hours of operations and was told they were open made they trek all the way there to find out their device department was indeed not open. Received my atv back in pieces put in a card board box. Dripping oil. The next day When asked about the status of the machine was told “we only had one hour”. Key was never returned to the machine so had to make Another trip back. Took it s and s motor sports they had it diagnosed and out back together in an hour and half. Cost me $300 with parts and labor. This place is not good the service writer is terrible and needs training."
