"I went to Casa Pawn in desperate need of money for a medical procedure I had no where near the money for. Mark, Juan and Hailey took amazing care of me. Not just by allowing the pawns but by going above and beyond with their customer service. I am disabled and it’s hard for me to get around, stand too long, do much of anything actually and Mark made sure I had a seat and gave me the highest value he could give me as Juan processed it all. I had to renew several times which wasn’t hard to do because they have a super convenient app. When it came time to pick it up, I text them to ask them if I could come at a certain date and time and they communicated beautifully with me. When I walked in the door, Hailey came over to help me in. She even came to the closest area to me so I didn’t have to walk as far. Mark brought me a stool to sit on and I felt so much like part of the family here. I asked for my things and the service was lightning fast. The atmosphere was light and easy which makes things so much better when one suffers from panic and anxiety attacks. When I was done, Hailey helped me up and even helped me get out to my car. She is such a treasure. I know if I ever need it, Casa Pawn will always be there for me, helping me every way they can. Thank you Casa Pawn! If it wasn’t for you I’d still be in the most severe pain ever. You saved me in more ways than one! You have a customer for life!"
