"I'll try to make this quick. My bike was brought in to complete two tasks: hub service and toe clip cages. I call the shop 3 days after I had brought my bike in to see what has been done. Guess what? Absolutely nothing had been done. They said they were waiting on the toe clip cages before working on the bike? Very irritating considering I could have been riding my bike for the last three days, why couldn't or why wasn't I told to just bring my bike back in when the toe clip cages arrived if this is the case? Anyway, day 4 now, still no bike. We'll see if I get a call at a reasonable time today, may change my review then. Appears to be due to a lack of competency. More empathy and consideration should be given to those who use these bikes to commute and or exercise, not just use them recreationally."
"**UPDATED Jan 2024*** The new location ON THE LOOP is perfect. Plenty of parking and access to The Loop for any last minute items or to drop my bike for Expert Service after a ride. James and the Staff are always attentive and knowledgeable of all the new stuff I want and probably don't need :) I wish I could say I have had a similar Customer Service experience at the other shops in town, but its always 5 stars here, so I keep coming back... TEPC is just now much closer and more convenient! TEPC has an awesome staff and it's clear they've had decades of high level endurance sport experience. From sales to service, the experience was top notch. They carry some great Brands like Pinarello, Pivot, Rocky Mountain, Felt, and Quintana Roo. Along with that, I found a great selection of necessities from tires to lube and everything in between from quality Brands like Hammer Nutrition, CarboRocket, Schwalbe, ProGold, ESI, Oakley, Tifosi, Pearl Izumi, Garmin, and more. Great resource in Tucson at either location. No other shop like it!"
"Nice little bike shop. Unfortunately the staff isn't every knowledgable or experienced when it comes to cycling. I recommend Jesus at Ride Tucson if you need to speak with a real mechanic."
"Excellent shop and service. They were super helpful as we needed a new gravel tire and they took the time to find us the right size that made sense. Thanks guys."
"What a great experience working with this shop! Had a loud creaking noise coming from my mid to high end mountain bike. Took it to the "other" larger bike shop in the area and after 2 separate visits it was given back to me supposedly fixed each time. Not so. And it sure seemed they really didn't care. They just used the excuse that these noises are hard to find. True, but to me I just needed to find someone who would take ownership of the problem. That happened immediately when I walked into the door of Tucson Endurance. They were obviously a busy shop but they took my bike immediately. The work order read, "Find source of noise and destroy". That's what they did after two mechanics confered and found the source. Friendly, exceptionally competent, and customer oriented. These guys are great!"
