"Renata is very unprofessional and rude! First of all she is very difficult to get in contact with. Then when I did get in contact with her she was so rude on the phone and very bossy. I gave her 24 hour notice for our FIRST appointment and she still sent us a bill even after I spoke with her on the phone and she agreed. I sent her two e-mails the day before our appt. I even spoke with her on the phone the day of the appt and she agreed that I gave her 24 hours to Cancel. No one should be treated this way I suggest you look someplace else for a therapist because she is not very kind at all!!! There is no need for this kind of bullying especially when you’re looking for a therapist!"
