"Wow! If you are seeking a kind, compassionate, and amazing marital therapist who genuinely cares about saving marriages...look no further than Holly Brown-Sisson and Renewal Centers, Inc.! My wife and I when we came to see Holly were literally on the verge of divorce and had seen three previous therapists. However, Holly truly unpacked our "junk," taught us how to communicate and listen to one another again, learn how to trust again and express empathy, and speak one another's love languages. We fell in love again! This woman is absolute magic and on top of that the power of prayer was intertwined into the beauty of our sessions. I cannot thank you enough Holly for saving my marriage!"
"I would leave zero stars if I could. I saw Holly Brown Sisson here for several appointments and she is one of the rudest, most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. She expressed disdain about people using the Employee Assistance Program through their workplaces to seek help and stated people should just use their insurance. She was late taking me for every appointment and ended the sessions early. When I tried to talk to her about an issue with a family member, she snapped at me and told me there were two sides to every story and she couldn't give me legal advice? I wasn't asking for legal advice. Needless to say, I never went back and I would think twice about seeking any counseling from her."
"I've seen numerous counselors and therapists over the years and this is the first time I've found a great fit! I've gone through EMDR trauma therapy with Shawna Kroh and can't recommend her highly enough! She is professional, compassionate, empathetic and a great listener."
"I’ve had a great experience here. My counselor is wise and kind and has helped me to understand myself in a healthier way. She’s helped me gain a vision for moving forward and enjoying life rather than ruminating over past regrets. I recommend reading the bios to find a counselor that seems like a good fit for you. If the first one doesn’t work out, try a different one. It’s definitely worth the effort!"
"Had a great first experience with the receptionist. She emailed me promptly, was very friendly. I scheduled my appointment, got all of my paperwork filled out ahead of time, etc. The day of my appointment (East side location) I arrived about 15 minutes early. The door as locked so I waited in my car. My appointment time came around (2:00) and the door was still locked. I called the phone number that was on the text reminder, twice, no one answered. I waited until about 2:15 and no one showed up or called me back. It's been 24 hours and still no one has called me or emailed me. This is the most unprofessional and awful thing a therapist/counselor could do, especially to a person who is seeking help. Absolutely unacceptable."
