"I had this company restore an old fisher pool table. We did custom felt with a photo that I chose and it came out amazing. The communication and service was top notch. They replaced all the rubber rails and put all new cups in. After, they leveled it out and it plays like a brand new table and looks amazing. I highly recommend this company for all your local billiard needs. Nothing like great service from a local family run business."

"**** INSTALLER WAS A NO-SHOW! **** CONS • 10 days to receive order & schedule appointment ***** BIGGEST NEGATIVE ***** • Installer phoned from the local AM/PM and said he'd arrive in 10-20 minutes. Not sure when he arrived as there was no knock on the door. Saw him in his car, and saw him drive away. HE NEVER CAME BACK - HE NEVER CALLED AGAIN • No way to contact owner on the weekend - We found some info. on their Facebook page, but NO ONE ever called or came back on that Saturday • Finally on Monday we receive a call from the female owner who explained her son was waiting for us at the Subway that Saturday, eating lunch and waiting for our call. Since we didn't call (WE NEVER HAD HIS PHONE NUMBER!!) he went back home to Havasu. Plus her bowling game was interrupted at 6pm when her son called to tell her he flaked on us. *** SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY AND LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR FELT REPLACEMENT *** We went with a local professional who also replaced our bumpers."
