"This company does not know how to run a business properly. I rented a tesla with this company to use for Uber and they repeatedly did not have documents ready on time in order for me to drive and also made false accusations of things they would take care of on the vehicle, for example if the window cracks, which they stated would be covered when I picked up the car but when it happened they stated to use my own insurance. They lied to me and stated to bring the vehicle in for an "inspection" only for them to take the car back and handed me trash bags to put my belongings in. Kinda ironic when this company is Trash! STEER CLEAR of this company! Trust me, you will regret doing business with them."

"What an absolute NIGHTMARE of an experience renting a Tesla with this company. I was referred to this place by a colleague and decided to give it a try. I picked up my vehicle and the owner, Justin, acted seemingly okay on the first impression which I soon realized was a complete facade. Immediately after I picked up the tesla problems started to occur. He did not give me my insurance or registration documents for at least a week. The back of the front seat kept falling down and he tried to blame it on me. If I asked a question, Justin was so IMMATURE , RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL to the point where it was causing me anxiety. Also, when I returned the vehicle he overcharged me almost $500. I do not recommend this company to anyone!!! I am so dissatisfied and disappointed by this whole process as a customer."
