"I would rather chew my arm off than wait for them for one more minute. NEVER on time. They will even call the afternoon prior to confirm, and still fox it up. Nobody wants to deal with customers so I get transferred to the same number over and over. They should face charges, that's how bad the service is. Please close your doors permanently."

"Phone number on the transport van was not "in service". Number on their website was "not in service". Had to call Mercy Care for them to call for my return transportation to the nursing home. When I ask the driver for a phone number to call, when he dropped me off, he acted like he did not know the number. Very frustrating and disappointing"

"If you are looking for medical transport, do yourself a favor and set it up with Veyo. They are actually reliable when you schedule a ride. VMT constantly shows up late if they show up at all. The dispatch will lie to you about ETAs just to get you off of the phone. I’m amazed they haven’t been shut down yet for how terrible their service is."

"Drivers are always late for me!! late 2 times for Dr. Appt and I was charged $50 fee as Dr.'s office rescheduling charge! Sending bill to VMT, It is their fault... I told them in advance this was going to happen, and it would be up to them to pay that fee, or off to small claims court we go!! CALL ANOTHER COMPANY FAST.... IF YOU LIKE BEING ON TIME!!!"

"Horrible service. NEVER ON TIME, idk what the guy below me has been doing but i think in the 8 months ive been using VMT ive been picked up on time 3 times.The office lets the phobe ring for litrerally a half hour at a time before answering. Multiple people i have spoken with cant seem to get an answer when calling VMT. Riding an hour for a 4 mile trip with 4 strangers is absurd! Whats the point in setting a specific pick up time if it is ignored and i am picked up hours early because its convenient for the driver?? Its not convenient for ME to have to wait on the side of the road for 2 hours until my doctor opens! Not to mention they blame their lack of communication with clinics on the customer! This is few of MANY issues I have with VMT, and i am not alone! Too bad more people dont take the time to wrote reviews because i tell you, i have hears SO MANY horror stories! (you know, cause VMT makes me ride with a bunch of creepy strangers...)"
