"This airlines would not reimburse my money after everything shut down for COVID. I normally don’t travel with them anyway but I let my friends talk me into it. Really don’t like them now. I purchased their Super Saver Club which I thought was a one time fee but they renewed 2 days ago and guess what??? Non-refundable!!! How did I know that??? I am going to tell the world, DO NOT USE Spirit for nothing but walking by their counter to get to American or some other airline. No service but take people’s money, may be the ploy to be able to offer a lower price because they are stealing from people who want to cancel their services. I may have to think about dumping my friends for introducing me to Trash airlines, I mean Spirit!!!"
