"I was visiting the Tempe area for a conference and choose to arrive a few days early so that I could take in the local sights. I wasn't quite sure of where to go, so I just sort of followed Google maps. I stumbled upon the Tempe Tourism office which was rather convenient. I walked in and everyone was very courteous and professional. They suggested many vegan restaurants in the area, local museums, and even gave me a few souvenirs. Yet the biggest help was helping me find a tour agency that would do a one day trip to the grand canyon and back. I really wanted to see the canyon, and thanks to their help, I did."

"There kinda nasty, if you hit them up on Facebook, don't always expect any help or rational assistance. I'm not a fan but I think there office looks cool. Not even sure what they really do or why they think they're better than other people or uninterested in helping even residents much less tourists."
