The Downtown Phoenix Information Center, located at 1 East Washington Street in Phoenix, Arizona, serves as both an art gallery and a travel agency. The Ambassadors are on duty seven days a week, providing assistance such as walking visitors to their cars, handing out free water and sunscreen, and offering directions. They can be easily identified by their orange shirts with "ASK ME" on the back. In addition to hospitality services, the Ambassadors also offer social services outreach for individuals experiencing homelessness, connecting them to support services and working to eliminate barriers to permanent housing.

The Downtown Core, where the Ambassadors operate, spans from Seventh Street to Third Avenue, and from Fillmore Street to the Union Pacific tracks south of Jackson Street.
