Dr didn’t ask what else was effective by accident “Every Dr should ask this” I wasn’t getting any help with the standard regular physical therapy here. I transferred myself to way way best STI in phx off bell road. To a physical therapist specialist Randy. There is a BIG difference between physical therapy and physical therapy specialist! My evaluation was so great Randy listened and asked me a lot of questions. I felt pain relief as soon as she started working on me. She cares about her patients! We need more best people who care about the career they are in. Thank you Randy for you so much for the pain relief after three years dealing with this!"

"If you are looking for a physical therapist, STI is the place you want to go! Nadia and her team have wonderful organization; and I could not be happier. I have gone to another facility for therapy before, and I was not happy, I didn't feel welcomed and felt more like a $ sign. In an effort to preserve and maintain their reputation, I will refrain from naming them in this review. I had right ACL surgery in the beginning of June of this year. I started PT going on 6 weeks now. It was slow at first. Time felt like it was passing a "No Passing" zone. I felt like I could have done more. Nadia evaluated my progress and adjusted my workouts accordingly. Now I feel like I am progressing faster. She works very well with her patients, despite Short-Term Memory loss. Just kidding! She is very keen and understanding of my needs - ALL THE TIME! :) I want to point a few things out: Integrity: The team at STI are honest and this is important to me! If she says "we probably should not do that yet", listen to her. She knows way more than you think. Whereas the "other" place just had me do a set of routines without examining my progress. If you are performing a workout incorrectly, they will correct you! It is important to have good form while performing their workouts. If you can perform more, she will test your limit and that is what I like most about her. She is not afraid to tell you the truth. Brace yourself! Environment: If I could define that facility with one word: it would be "Pleasant". Have you ever entered a medical facility and got that "doctor's office" feel? This is not the place. Their front office staff greets you, makes you feel welcomed and you proceed to the back after filling out some forms. The back office is obviously where the magic happens. And I could not agree more that almost every staff member has a smile to their face. You could feel, not only yourself improve physically, but socially, it is to one's liking. Timely: This has been an issue for me and I can't stress enough how I HATE waiting in the lobby of a medical clinic, center, etc. I have a job, in fact, I have two jobs. I don't have time to busy myself in an aimless way. You almost have a sense of weight on your shoulder and harp on the fact that you might be waiting for your turn to start your therapy, because you may have had experienced the long lobby wait. I am there for a purpose and that is how they treat me - with VALUE! Everyone's time is precious and valuable, and that is how they will treat you. Nadia does not screw around. You go from signing in, to the back at your appropriate time. Sometimes even before your scheduled appointment; if they are not too busy. This was one of the qualities of a facility that I look at the most - their organization, how they manage their patients, and their timeliness. That weight, as previously stated, is off my shoulders. Core Values: What do you look for when you need a physical therapist? Aside from performing my exercises, my experience there has been nothing short of a 5-star hotel. Honestly, I don't know when they opened their facility, but what I do know is the amount of patients they have there and with their staff, it is incredible how they are able to maintain a well-organized structure for all their patients, let alone, what each individual patient needs! I am glad they take my insurance (BCBS), I'm sure they take a lot of insurances, which is important as well. I hate to go to a facility that cherry-picks certain insurances and people that need this service are out of a wonderful experience. That said, in my honest opinion, if you are having doubts of where to go for physical therapy. Please, try them out. You will not be disappointed! I probably won't break my other leg in order to purposefully to go have physical therapy with Nadia and her team. However, if I do ever need physical therapy in the future, that is the place I would feel most comfortable to have care rendered to me, again. Thanks STI."
