Dr. Frederick Larsen

Dr. Frederick Larsen is a highly experienced and board-certified Reproductive Endocrinologist and Obstetrician/Gynecologist located at 1701 East Thomas Road in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Larsen received his medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine and completed his residency at Madigan Army Medical Center. He also completed a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Duke University.
