He took all the time I needed, made eye contact, was patient, answered all my questions in a way I could understand, was professional but not impersonal, and made me feel like I wasn't just a number. I felt he cared about me and my concerns/issues. He communicated exceptionally well during my procedure and was very gentle. I experienced no pain (none!!) with a procedure that is normally quite painful for me with other doctors.
