"What a rip off, take the warnings I did not and don't go here! They day I went in, thier "system was down". The appointment was a joke, the NP I saw (I thought I was seeing a Dr but they switched it on me) never even touched me or looked at me for my issue. I was told my issue was "stress" and she seemed to want to get the appointment done quickly. At the desk I was told I needed to pay cash because of the system being down. I paid cash and was told a receipt would be mailed. Instead I got mailed a bill 9months later for an additional $90! Seems like my cash payment went missing. DON'T GO HERE!"

"DO NOT COME HERE!! I came for an acute illness that onset a month prior. I have a very complicated autoimmune history that took 6 doctors 7 years to diagnose. But Traci Aldridge, instead of discussing potential diagnosis, or next steps, just wanted to criticize the medications and hormones I've been on foe 10 years stating they were likely the issue for something that onset one month prior. She knows nothing of me, my condition, or my extensive health history, nor did she seem interested in hearing it. This was so incredibly frustrating. I would never set foot in this place again."

"I wish I received treatment somewhere else . I don’t recommend this place. After reaching 22 weeks they informed me that the delivering doctor was no longer doing deliveries that I can either transfer elsewhere or go onboard with another one mind you I never met Dr. shah, they could have just said that from the beginning I could have gotten all my treatment from one person now I’m half way through and now I have to get comfortable with a new provider . I also got in a bad car accident I called to see if there was any way I can be seen to follow up and they declined said Julie is only at the arrowhead location . Mind you I’m car less and was in a bad accident . Very unprofessional I had read the reviews next time I’m going to listen to them . Don’t come here it’s waste of time. They don’t care I remember I told my provider I had yeast symptoms she told me eat better went to urgent care and I had yeast and bv which causes premature birth and can cause other complications . I’m disgusted."
